Sage Smoke Wand
Smoke wand made from sage + lavender sustainably grown in my garden. Sage is a dear friend and plant ally. She is so supportive for transitions, changes, and clearing stagnant energy.
To use, have a bowl or dish and a source of flame (match or lighter) on hand. Light the tip of the wand, blow it out, then gently move the wand around your body or space. Everywhere the smoke touches will be transformed.
